ÖRNEKLEM VERİ TABANI
❖ Bilgi üretmek, veri kirliliğinin çok fazla arttığı şu günlerde hem Türkiye’de hem de tüm dünyada sağlıklı, doğru ve güvenilir VERİ’ye ulaşmak için çok önem kazanmıştır ve bu şekilde sağlanan VERİ çok değerlidir. Bilginin ham maddesi VERİ’dir. VERİ’nin kaynağı ise insanlardır. Veri çok değişik kanallar aracılığı ile toplanmaktadır. Yaşanılan “COVİD 19” salgınından sonra yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile veri toplamak bu günlerde imkansız hale gelmiş olup, bu salgın sonrasında da hiçbir şeyin eskisi gibi olmayacağı görünmektedir.
❖ PGlobal olarak çok önceden hazırlıklarına başladığımız ve COVİD-19 döneminde hız kazanan “PGlobal Online Panel” (PGON) sistemimizde 50 bin kişiden oluşan “Büyük Türkiye Veri Tabanı” bulunmaktadır. Bu veri tabanının 5 bin tanesi hane bazlı veri tabanından oluşmaktadır. Sürekli olarak güncellenen ve büyüyen hane bazlı örneklem veri tabanı referans usulü ile gönüllülük esasına göre oluşturulmuştur.
❖ Hane bazlı PGON PANEL örneklem veri tabanına gönüllü olarak dahil olan “ÖRNEK BİREY”ler, kişisel bilgilerinin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu çerçevesinde güvence altında olduğunu bilmektedirler.
❖ PGON sisteminde sanayi ve işyerlerine ait PANEL örneklem veri tabanı ile Profesyonel Meslek Sahipleri örneklem veri tabanı hazırlıkları devam etmektedir.
PGlobal Online Panel (PGON) Çalışma Yöntemi
❖Bu yöntem yardımı ile operatör/anketör soruların tümünü bir bilgisayar ekranında görmekte, kullanılan özel yazılım programı sayesinde atlamalı sorular, şıklar arası rotasyon, kota ve mantık kontrolü ve görüşmenin tamamlanma süresi gibi teknik uygulamaların tümü gerçek zamanlı olarak tespit edilebilmektedir. Projenin içeriği ve konusuna göre uzman ve akademisyen ekibimizle veri toplama araçlarının geçerli ve güvenilir bir şekilde hazırlanmasına özellikle önem verilmektedir.
❖PGON alt yapısında eş zamanlı 25 eğitimli CATI (Bilgisayar Destekli Telefon Anketi) uzmanı yer alabilmektedir. Sürekli gelişen CATI uzmanları iletişim eğitimleri ile desteklenmektedir. CATI uzmanlarına her bir araştırmanın konusu ve içeriklerine ilişkin eğitimler verilmektedir.
❖CATI uzman havuzu projenin boyutu ile orantılı eş zamanlı olarak 50, 75 ve 100 kişiye çıkarabilecek kapasitemiz bulunmaktadır. PGON alt yapısında görüşmeler isteğe bağlı olarak ses kayıtlı veya ses kayıtsız olarak yürütülmektedir. Proje sahibinin isteğine göre şekillenen bu yöntem ile proje sahibi dilerse ses kayıtlarını uzaktan erişim yöntemiyle dinleyebilir. Sistemde olan ses kayıtların dinlenebilmesi için projeye katılan ve ses kayıtlarının paylaşılması/dinlenmesi için onay vermesi önemlidir. No. 6698 KVKK’na göre onay verilmeyen kayıtların paylaşılması sınırlı olabilecektir

SAMPLE DATABASE
❖In view of the recent increasing data pollution both in Turkey and globally, information production by means of reliable, accurate and sound data has become of great importance, and DATA obtained in this way is very valuable. The raw material of information is DATA. The source of DATA is people. Data is collected through many different channels. With the “COVID 19” pandemic, collecting DATA by face-to-face technique has become impossible these days, and it seems that nothing will be the same after this pandemic.
❖“PGlobal Online Panel System” (PGON), the preparations for which we as PGlobal initiated long before COVID-19 pandemic and gaining momentum during the pandemic, comprises “Great Turkey Database” with 50 thousand people. 5 thousand of this database consists of households. The household-based sampling database, which is constantly updated and growing, has been created on a voluntary basis with the reference method.
❖“SAMPLE INDIVIDUALS”, who voluntarily participate in the household based PGON PANEL sample database, know that their personal information is under the Protection of Personal Data Law No. 6698.
❖In the PGON system, preparations for the PANEL sample database of industry and workplaces and the sample database for Professional Business Owners (Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers etc..) are ongoing.
PGlobal Online Panel (PGON) Operation Method
❖With the help of this method, the operator / interviewer can see all of the questions on a computer screen, and thanks to the special software program used, all technical applications such as skipping questions, rotation between items, quota and logic control and the completion time of the interview can be detected in real time. Particular attention is paid to the valid and reliable preparation of data collection tools by our team of experts and academics, depending on the content and subject of the project.
❖25 trained CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Survey) experts can take part in PGON infrastructure simultaneously. Continuously developing CATI experts are supported by communication trainings. CATI experts are trained on the subject and contents of each individual research.
❖We have the capacity to increase the CATI experts pool to 50, 75 and 100 people simultaneously proportionate to the size of the project. In the PGON infrastructure, interviews are carried out optionally with or without voice recording. With this method, which is shaped according to the wishes of the project owner, the project owner can listen to the audio recordings remotely. In order to listen to the audio recordings in the system, it is important that the participant in the project and the voice recordings agree to share / listen. According to the Protection of Personal Data Law No. 6698, sharing of records that are not approved may be limited.
